Barbara Stansil was born and raised in Gary Indiana. She has been practicing law since 2014 and gets to live out a dream of serving and advocating for others that she has had since she was three years old. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Indiana and Illinois.
She received her law Degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary where she served as a member of the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review as well as Black Law Student’s Association Mid- Atlantic Mock Trial Director. Ms. Stansil also earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Theater at the University of Notre Dame.
Throughout her career, Barbara has honed her litigation and advocacy skills as both a former Deputy Prosecutor and as a civil litigator. Barbara is known for her tough but fair approach, her great communication, her care, and her drive to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
When she is not practicing law, Barbara enjoys, reading, cooking fantastic vegan meals, swimming, dancing, theater, and spending time with family and friends.
