Nina Edidin hails from Georgia by way of Chicago where she grew up. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois. After moving to Georgia, she graduated from Georgia State University School of Law where she graduated in 1996.

Nina has practiced family law for over twenty-five years, first in Georgia then in Arizona. After passing the Bar she began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the child support division, then as the head attorney for the Georgia Office of Child Support Enforcement, where she drafted or modified all the child support statutes. Nina was then asked to join the Attorney General’s Office to argue the constitutionality of the child support guidelines, winning the case. The opposing attorneys filed with the United States Supreme Court but were refused certification.

In Arizona Nina first worked for Legal Aid representing victims of domestic violence. After moving to Phoenix, she has worked as family attorney for over thirteen years. A divorcee herself, she understands many of the issues our clients face and how to overcome those issues.

As a former social worker and planner she takes a multi-dimensional approach to family law. Nina is aggressive when necessary, but also able to work with clients and attorneys to achieve a settlement. After litigating for so many years she is capable of putting on the most complicated of cases she also has the experience to guide clients to the best outcome for parents and children.
