Salisha Rigsbee is a South Carolina native, living in the sunny valley since 2012. Her passion for law came at a very early age, due to being involved in Juvenile Dependency issues. This insight has driven Salisha’s passion in family law and created a champion to advocate for all.

A former Assistant Attorney General, Salisha has advocated for many families in the community. During her overall career, she represented thousands of adults and children in dependency and business proceedings. Due to her passionate advocacy, Salisha was recognized in 2020 with Arizona Entrepreneurs and recognized as one of the Top 25 Lawyers in AZ.

With continuing her career, Salisha makes it a priority to make sure all her clients have an experience when working with her and not to ever feel like their matter is just another file on her desk. She believes in fairness, accountability, and advocating with passion for all clients she represents. This passion and work in the community has led her passion story to be published in Voyage Phoenix, Voyage Atlanta, AZ Entrepreneurs Magazine, and 24-7 Press Release.

Throughout her career, Salisha has fed her love for advocacy by equipping and empowering others to do the same. This has led her to a number of public speaking engagements centered on troubled teens, community wealth, and legal career empowerment. She has held numerous of workshops in the community on these topics and worked with non-profit organizations like Defenders of Children to help make a difference in the community.
Salisha is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a devoted member of the community. Two personal facts about Salisha is that she is Vegan and loves a great car concert off key!!
