Attorney
Samantha Struve focuses her practice on family law, providing compassionate, personalized representation to individuals and families navigating divorce, custody, and other family law matters. She understands that these cases are deeply personal and can affect every aspect of a client’s life, so she takes the time to listen carefully, understand each client’s unique circumstances, and help them feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the legal process.
Before joining The Valley Law Group, Samantha served as a domestic violence prosecutor in Seattle, where she handled a high volume of cases from charging through trial. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the fear, uncertainty, and safety concerns victims face, along with the courtroom skill to advocate effectively in high-stakes, emotionally charged proceedings. She examined witnesses, argued protective order hearings, and worked closely with survivors navigating the legal system during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.
She brings that same combination of empathy and strong advocacy to her family law practice today, approaching every case with patience, respect, and skilled representation. Her goal is to help clients feel less alone and more confident as they work toward a safer, more stable future for themselves and their families.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. She is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Washington.
