Attorney Gail Barsky has been wielding her legal prowess as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Maricopa County Superior Court for the past three years. She has held leadership positions on the Scottsdale County Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association as a Board of Director for eight (8) consecutive years. Gail Barsky is stationed at our esteemed Gilbert Office.

Gail Barsky is a powerhouse in the legal arena, having handled thousands of cases. Gail Barsky has tackled an impressive array of Personal Injury cases that have produced settlements totaling millions of dollars, including litigated numerous jury trial cases.
Gail Barsky is the first in her family to graduate from college; she worked full-time through college and law school to support herself. She not only holds a Juris Doctorate degree, but after law school, she obtained the prestigious degree of an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, where she also served on the Board of Trustees for Temple University for seven consecutive years.

Barsky holds licenses to practice law in both Arizona and Pennsylvania; she showcases her extensive expertise across diverse realms, including products liability, premises liability, police brutality cases, and automobile law.
