Ryan Reppucci
Co-Founder

Ryan Reppucci, Co-Founder of The Valley Law Group, is recognized as one of Phoenix’s leading family law attorneys.  After graduating from Arizona State with the highest honors and inclusion in America’s most prestigious student honor societies, Ryan attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  His career as a law student was decorated with numerous awards, including the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Book Award, nomination for membership in Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, as well as Moot Court.

Ryan began his law career in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in various roles with America’s busiest criminal court systems. His success in these roles led to a clerkship with a leading criminal defense firm. Recognizing that his passion was in helping families, Ryan chose to move back to his native hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, where he began his practice in Family and Domestic Relations Law. Throughout his career, Ryan has stayed committed to excellence, service to others, and integrity within the legal profession.  As part of his mantra of service to others, Ryan has served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court and regularly teaches as an adjunct law professor with Arizona Summit Law School.

Jonathan Roeder
Co-Founder

Jonathan Roeder, Co-Founder of The Valley Law Group, is an Arizona native who has dedicated his life and career to the service of others. Jonathan attended Pepperdine University, where he majored in Political Science. During his tenure at Pepperdine University, his passion for helping others grew after securing a clinical position with a residential treatment center for juveniles with substance issues and addictions. Post-graduation, Jonathan returned to Arizona and served as a residential manager for homes for the mentally and physically disabled.

Looking to advance his educational pursuits, Jonathan attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Throughout his law school career, Jonathan worked as a legal clerk for local civil litigation and criminal defense attorney before returning home to Phoenix after graduation. After the birth of his son, Jonathan worked as a faculty member for Grand Canyon University, teaching a variety of writing and law-related courses with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. While his love for teaching was absolute, Jonathan felt that his calling was in the practice of law. Accordingly, he co-founded the law firm of The Valley Law Group and has been exceedingly proud of helping build the firm’s reputation as one of the valley’s leading family law firms.

Cory Keith
Managing Attorney

Attorney Cory Keith is dedicated to providing competent and assertive legal representation to each of his clients. Mr. Keith prides himself on representing others the way he would wish to be represented. Before finding his passion for assisting families through their times of need in family law, Mr. Keith originally began his career practicing criminal and immigration law before finding his passion for assisting families. He is committed to helping others in their times of need and completely understands that normal people often find themselves in situations where they need legal representation. Mr. Keith’s goal is usually to assist the parties to agree in a low-dispute manner; however, parties or their attorneys can sometimes be unreasonable, and he is always prepared when litigation becomes necessary.

Mr. Keith has experience handling family law cases including, but not limited to, divorces, disputes regarding children, petitions to establish rights or to modify an existing order, premarital or postmarital agreements, amongst others. He has also handled complicated legal issues that require the use of custody evaluations, business valuations, medical examinations, and other professionals to resolve these complex cases.

Mr. Keith attended Arizona State University on a full-ride academic scholarship, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. After excelling in his studies, Mr. Keith was offered a full-ride academic scholarship to attend law school. He joined and led several organizations throughout law school, including becoming the Executive Technical Editor of Law Review. During this time, he also served as a legal clerk with The Law Office of Joseph Ramiro-Shanahan, where he obtained family and juvenile law experience.

Mr. Keith was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. At the age of six, he set his goal to become an attorney–he achieved this goal at twenty-three. Mr. Keith is a hard-working, professional attorney who strives to fight for his clients throughout every step of legal proceedings.

Andrea Crawford
Attorney

Attorney Andrea Crawford grew up in a small town in Iowa. She attended Central College in Pella, Iowa where she majored in History and minored in Political Science. While attending Central College, Ms. Crawford studied for a year at Trinity College in Carmarthen, Wales (UK). After school, Andrea moved to St. Louis, Missouri and worked as a legal assistant at a small personal injury law firm. After working in the legal field for over four years, Ms. Crawford then attended law school on scholarship in Jacksonville, Florida at Florida Coastal School of Law, receiving a Certificate in International and Comparative Law.

In 2010, after law school, Ms. Crawford moved to Arizona to be closer to her family and began her attorney career in small general practice law firms, working in family law, personal injury, and estate planning. However, in 2019, Ms. Crawford changed to working exclusively in family law. She has experience handling cases including, but not limited to, divorce, paternity, modifications, enforcements, premarital agreements, and legal separations.

Ms. Crawford is licensed to practice law in Arizona and the District Court of Arizona. She is a foster parent and enjoys spending time with her family, watching hockey, and traveling. Ms. Crawford is compassionate and enjoys advocating passionately for her clients though their legal proceedings.

Nina Edidin
Attorney

Nina Edidin hails from Georgia by way of Chicago where she grew up. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois. After moving to Georgia, she graduated from Georgia State University School of Law where she graduated in 1996.

Nina has practiced family law for over twenty-five years, first in Georgia then in Arizona. After passing the Bar she began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the child support division, then as the head attorney for the Georgia Office of Child Support Enforcement, where she drafted or modified all the child support statutes. Nina was then asked to join the Attorney General’s Office to argue the constitutionality of the child support guidelines, winning the case. The opposing attorneys filed with the United States Supreme Court but were refused certification.

In Arizona Nina first worked for Legal Aid representing victims of domestic violence. After moving to Phoenix, she has worked as family attorney for over thirteen years. A divorcee herself, she understands many of the issues our clients face and how to overcome those issues.

As a former social worker and planner she takes a multi-dimensional approach to family law. Nina is aggressive when necessary, but also able to work with clients and attorneys to achieve a settlement. After litigating for so many years she is capable of putting on the most complicated of cases she also has the experience to guide clients to the best outcome for parents and children.

Stephen Martin
Attorney

Stephen Martin grew up in a small town in rural Michigan. He began his working career by doing a variety of blue-collar jobs including an electrician and factory worker. Later, Stephen’s love for golf had him taking a position as a PGA Tour caddie. Stephen attended Arizona State University where he studies business both at the undergraduate and graduate level. This business background was a steppingstone for him owning his first business doing political work. Despite his bustling business and ample work experience, Stephen could not shake his desire to become an attorney.  This passion and drive to do legal work pushed him into law school later than most and he has not turned back ever since. Stephen loves helping people and has an uncanny ability of explaining complex legal concepts in a way that is understandable to his clients. This ability has served him well in his legal career as a family law attorney with The Valley Law Group.

When not working, Stephen is an like avid golfer. He enjoys going to California beaches, and spending time with his family and friends. Fun fact about Stephen-  through his political work and golf, he has met four U.S. Presidents (one sitting president, one former president, and two who became president), a sitting Vice President, and dozens of celebrities. Finally, when feeling his Scottish and English roots, Stephen enjoys wearing his kilt…but never to court!

Katelyn Morgan
Attorney

Katelyn Morgan (“Katie”) is a Colorado native who aspired to become an attorney at a young age.  After graduating high school, Katie moved to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University where she graduated Cum Laude with a dual major in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Sociology with a Minor in Speech Communications.  While attending Northern Arizona University she continued to pursue her interest in the legal field while participating in the Arizona Innocence Project investigating claims of wrongful conviction and interning at a local criminal defense firm.

Shortly after graduating, Katie attended law school on scholarship.  While in law school Katelyn served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Association.  During her law school tenure, Katie was selected by her professors as the recipient of the school’s mission pillar award for exemplifying student outcome centeredness, practice readiness, and service to the underserved.

Katie nominated currently serves on the Board of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Arizona State Bar and is licensed in both Arizona and Utah. Katie enjoys advocating for families with diligence and compassion while assisting them through what can seem to be the most stressful and emotional times of their lives.

Salisha Rigsbee
Attorney

Salisha Rigsbee is a South Carolina native, living in the sunny valley since 2012. Her passion for law came at a very early age, due to being involved in Juvenile Dependency issues. This insight has driven Salisha’s passion in family law and created a champion to advocate for all.

A former Assistant Attorney General, Salisha has advocated for many families in the community. During her overall career, she represented thousands of adults and children in dependency and business proceedings. Due to her passionate advocacy, Salisha was recognized in 2020 with Arizona Entrepreneurs and recognized as one of the Top 25 Lawyers in AZ.

With continuing her career, Salisha makes it a priority to make sure all her clients have an experience when working with her and not to ever feel like their matter is just another file on her desk. She believes in fairness, accountability, and advocating with passion for all clients she represents. This passion and work in the community has led her passion story to be published in Voyage Phoenix, Voyage Atlanta, AZ Entrepreneurs Magazine, and 24-7 Press Release.

Throughout her career, Salisha has fed her love for advocacy by equipping and empowering others to do the same. This has led her to a number of public speaking engagements centered on troubled teens, community wealth, and legal career empowerment. She has held numerous of workshops in the community on these topics and worked with non-profit organizations like Defenders of Children to help make a difference in the community.
Salisha is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a devoted member of the community. Two personal facts about Salisha is that she is Vegan and loves a great car concert off key!!

Barbara Stansil
Attorney

Barbara Stansil was born and raised in Gary Indiana. She has been practicing law since 2014 and gets to live out a dream of serving and advocating for others that she has had since she was three years old. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Indiana and Illinois.

She received her law Degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary where she served as a member of the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review as well as Black Law Student’s Association Mid- Atlantic Mock Trial Director. Ms. Stansil also earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Theater at the University of Notre Dame.

Throughout her career, Barbara has honed her litigation and advocacy skills as both a former Deputy Prosecutor and as a civil litigator. Barbara is known for her tough but fair approach, her great communication, her care, and her drive to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

When she is not practicing law, Barbara enjoys, reading, cooking fantastic vegan meals, swimming, dancing, theater, and spending time with family and friends.

Elda Garcia
Office Manager

Elda Garcia started her professional career as a Cosmetologist while she worked her way through college. Seeking a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding career, she transitioned into the legal field, doing administrative work for criminal, bankruptcy, and family law attorneys. Over the past four and a half years, Elda has sharpened her legal skills and experience and has now transitioned into a full-time Office Manager for The Valley Law Group. Her dedication to the legal profession and the firm’s clients is a testament to her hard work ethic.

Elda has recently added a new member to her family, Baby Bella.  Elda’s journey to motherhood gives her no better feeling of pride and sense of accomplishment.

Ludwig Alvarado
Client Care Specialist

Ludwig Alvarado is an exceptional Client Care Specialist dedicated to the intaking of all new clients. His ability to effectively communicate and help guide clients during the legal process helps establish The Valley Law Group’s commitment to customer service. Ludwig has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Despite changing industries, Ludwig is still able to achieve his goals by helping others during difficult situations.

During his free time, Ludwig is an avid soccer player and loves to work out. Health is wealth!

Jolita Bennett
Paralegal

Jolita Bennett grew up in Granville, North Dakota. While attending Minot State University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and her Bachelor of Art in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy and a concentration in Political Science. Wanting to take the next step in her legal pursuits, Jolita moved to Phoenix to attend law school and graduated in 2016. Currently, Jolita is licensed to practice law in North Dakota, but uses her exceptional legal acumen, experience, and legal writing skills as a paralegal for The Valley Law Group. Jolita’s skill set is a major asset to the clients of  The Valley Law Group by providing them with exceptional legal service and assistance during troubling times.

In her off time, she enjoys watching and attending sports games (Go, Cardinals!), playing team trivia with her friends, and exploring Phoenix.

Jessica Garcia
Legal Assistant

Jessica Garcia is an experienced and accomplished legal assistant for The Valley Law Group.  As one of our dedicated legal assistants, Jessica has been tasked with a myriad of legal responsibilities. Still, no responsibility is more important than ensuring that each prospective and current client receives first-class customer service. Jessica has a diverse work history working in the legal industry, first in personal injury and now family and juvenile law.  This work experience has translated into Jessica helping thousands of clients successfully navigate through their legal matters!

Jessica’s greatest joy is being a proud mother to her four-year-old daughter.  As a mother, Jessica enjoys all activities that involve her daughter, including cooking, movies, and visiting family.

Cherrie Ann Lapig
Paralegal

Cherrie Ann Lapig is a native of Manila Philippines. After completing her college degree in Pampanga, Philippines Cherrie Ann had a blossoming career in sales. This sales position created additional opportunities worldwide. Cherrie Ann lived in Florence, Italy for six years where she was a top sales associate selling luxury jewelry. During her long career in sales, she developed a strong desire to assist others and honed her skills in customer service. This skill set translated well into her change into the legal field.

Cherrie Ann started her career at The Valley Law Group as a Client Care Specialist where she assisted with intaking processes. As a quick study, Cherrie Ann was a sponge when it came to learning the legal process, discovery rules, court procedures, legal writing, etc. It was a smooth and natural transition when she was promoted to a paralegal with The Valley Law Group.

In her free time, Cherrie Ann loves to travel and cook.

Tyler McClure
Paralegal

Tyler McClure began his legal career as a data entry specialist with a large consumer debt collection firm while working on his Paralegal Studies degree with Phoenix College. Shortly after obtaining his degree and graduating with honors, Tyler sought to put his education and training to use by applying for and obtaining a paralegal position with The Valley Law Group. Through his tenure at the firm, Tyler has honed his legal research and writing skills and prides himself on helping individuals and families through their difficult legal issues.

Tyler prides himself as a bit of a workaholic. Nonetheless, when not working, Tyler enjoys grilling, smoking meats, and traveling. It is Tyler’s goal to visit one new country per year in order to take in new sights and learn about new cultures.

Alba Romero
Paralegal

Alba Romero started her journey with The Valley Law Group as our legal receptionist. As a young, bright, and motivated individual she transitioned into a Legal Assistant role. During her tenure as a Legal Assistant, she was quickly able to learn the ins and outs of the legal process and Arizona family law rules and procedures. With a natural curiosity for research and writing, it was only a short period of time before she transitioned into her current role with The Valley Law Group as a Paralegal.

Born and raised in Arizona, Alba attended Boston University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Public Relations.  Accordingly, Alba plans on utilizing her legal and public relations education to better serve her community by helping families.

Lucero Santibanez
Legal Receptionist

Lucero Santibanez is the first smile and point of contact that greets you when visiting The Valley Law Group.  As our front office legal receptionist, Lucero handles a myriad of responsibilities for the law firm.  Lucero’s friendly and bubbly demeanor compliments her vast experience in customer service.  This level of service translates to a seamless transition from prospective client to actual client.

Lucero has a wealth of experience in family law issues as she was previously employed with the Department of Child Safety as a Behavioral Management Specialist. In this role she was able to assist parents and children with foster care routines and acclimation. This fast-paced position was a great steppingstone into the family law industry where she continues to build her experience helping families while she finishes her degree in Behavioral Science.

Lucero’s favorite past time is traveling and eating. She considers herself a foodie at heart and loves to travel to new destinations with delicious cuisine.

Jessa San Adres
Paralegal

Jessa Marie San Andres attended Arizona State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Justice Studies. Jessa Marie’s professional background includes interning for the Arizona State Senate and being a Legal Assistant to a large private family law firm before making a transition over to The Valley Law Group. Jessa Marie has always had an interest in pursuing the legal field, and her passion for helping reunite families and helping people is what pushed her to pursue a career specifically in family law.

Outside of work, Jessa Marie enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her two golden retrievers, binge watching her favorite shows, traveling to new places, and trying new foods!

Isabel Sissel
Paralegal

Isabel Sissel was born and raised in a small town in Iowa.  After graduating from Kirkwood Community College, Isabel decided to further her interest in the legal and community field and attended Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. While attending ASU she volunteered with Girl Scouts Beyond Bars, helping young girls build a healthy relationship with their incarcerated mothers. For the past four years, Isabel has worked in the family law as a paralegal assisting multiple attorneys with a wide range family and juvenile law cases. Since graduation, Isabel has absolutely loved the paralegal work. Primarily, Isabel enjoys helping families through difficult and tough situations

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys traveling to new states, practicing Pilates, and spending time with friends, family, and of course…her cats.

Karen Swyers
Paralegal

Karen Swyers is an experienced paralegal with over twenty-three (23) years of family law experience. She has worked with several well-recognized family law attorneys throughout Arizona. Karen’s career in the legal industry began at Phoenix College where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. After obtaining her degree, Karen quickly earned a promotion from file clerk to becoming a paralegal. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, and several other types of documents pertaining to family law cases and is an invaluable member of the Reppucci and Roeder team.

When Karen is not at work assisting the Reppucci and Roeder attorneys, she is usually spending time with friends or family members including the two newest additions to her family, her grandchildren. She loves hiking and spending time outdoors.  She is recently learning to hunt with her husband (although he will say she has a long way to go). Karen is originally from the Midwest and she utilizes her Midwest values to help in delivering exception service to our clients. She finds solace in helping clients throughout some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Lauren Whisler
Paralegal

Lauren Whisler was born and raised at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. While attending the University of Tennessee, Lauren’s interest in the legal field began while working at the College of Law. There she worked with the Innocence and Wrongful Convictions Clinic while also pursuing a career in hospitality and restaurant management. In that capacity she prided herself with providing over-the-top guest service. A character attribute that fits well with her bubbly personality.

Looking for new opportunities and adventures, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2016, where she continued her work & career in the legal field administratively, supporting attorneys practicing in areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. She continues to follow her passions to further learn and enhance her skills in Family Law here at The Valley Law Group.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends, and is happily celebrating newlywed life with her husband, Andy. She has an immense love for live music, and on the weekends is often out camping, hiking, and backpacking the vast public land that Arizona has to offer. She loves fashion & interior design and making spaces beautiful!
