His involvement in volunteering initiatives not only reflected his commitment to community but also nurtured his holistic growth, fostering a well-rounded perspective crucial in his professional journey. With a history steeped in project management and engineering roles for design and construction firms, Josh’s transition into the legal domain was driven by a passion for leveraging his skills in data, finance and marketing. Having dedicated years to managing the financial aspects and marketing strategies for The Valley Law Group, his pivot into the legal landscape was a strategic melding of his expertise and aspirations. Currently, Josh is dedicated to expanding the firm’s footprint, aiming to establish 4-5 locations in the Phoenix metro area. His expertise spans across operations, finance, marketing, AI, and data analytics, bolstered by leadership training and prowess in process and procedure development.
