Settlement of child support, legal decision making, and parenting time. Petitioner previously had limited parenting time and over $70,000 in child support arrears. Attorney negotiated more parenting time for Petitioner and the waiver of all child support arrears. Attorney, through settlement, provided stricter language in the agreement that helped Petitioner for ensuring Petitioner’s parenting time stay in place and that Respondent provide information to Petitioner in regards to legal decision making.
