Petitioner’s Order of Protection was upheld after Respondent contested the OOP. The Court, through the contested hearing found that Respondent had committed an act of domestic violence and was then not allowed to contact Petitioner except for in regards to the minor child. Petitioner is now able to have limited contact with Respondent and Respondent is now not able to possess firearms.
