Attorney
Jilyane A. Henry is a hard-working, dedicated family law attorney with more than ten years of experience representing clients in complex domestic relations and juvenile matters. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in English, from Arizona State University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School. During law school, she received the CALI Award in Domestic Violence and the Law for achieving the highest grade in the class, recognizing her understanding of the complex intersection between domestic violence and the legal system. She was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Arizona in 2015 and has since built a practice focused on guiding families through difficult and often emotional legal matters.
Jilyane began her legal career in private practice assisting families navigating divorce, custody disputes, and other sensitive family law issues. She later chose to pursue public service with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General, where she prosecuted juvenile dependency matters and worked to protect the welfare of children and families. Through this work, she developed a deeper understanding of the challenges families face and strengthened her commitment to advocating for clients with compassion and practical insight. Jilyane has lived in Arizona since childhood. As a wife and mother of three, she brings both professional experience and personal perspective to family law matters, approaching each case with honesty, integrity, and empathy.
