Ryan Reppucci
As a co-founder of this firm, Ryan has become one of the area’s premiere family law Phoenix attorneys. After receiving his education from Arizona State and the University of Detroit’s Mercy School of Law, Ryan has since received multiple awards, including the prestigious University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Book Award. Ryan’s career began in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and continued on in the area of criminal defense. After moving back to his hometown of Phoenix, he was able to fulfill his goal of helping Phoenix-area families with a successful family law practice. Through these changes and with a new commitment to service as a founding partner of The Valley Law Group SM, Ryan Reppucci remains steadfast in his goal to provide family law representation with integrity.
Jonathan Roeder
As a law firm co-founder and attorney Jonathan Roeder has dedicated his life and career to help families and communities across the country. After completing his education at Pepperdine University, and later Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School, Jonathan earned the opportunity to continue helping others. His early work in a juvenile residential treatment center for substance misuse and as a residential manager for homes serving the mentally and physically disabled truly speaks to his commitment to service. Jonathan was able to continue this service as a faculty member at Grand Canyon University’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Since co-founding The Valley Law Group SM, Jonathan Roeder has worked to build a reputation of trust, integrity, and honesty in the firm.
Katelyn Morgan
The Valley Law Group SM’s Katelyn “Katie” Morgan wants to advocate for families experiencing the complexities of the Arizona family court system. She completed her education at Northern Arizona University, where she graduated cum laude, before attending law school on an academic scholarship. During this time, Katie interned at a local criminal defense firm and served on the Executive Boards of both the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Association. Katie Morgan is a licensed attorney in Arizona and Utah and works to represent Valley family law clients with diligence and care.
Jon McCarty
Jon McCarty has broad experience in a wide variety of criminal defense and family law matters. After graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law with the highest honors, Jon served as Law Clerk to The Honorable David Briones in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Jon then spent several years practicing in a large law firm in Chicago, before starting his own multi-state practice concentrating in family and criminal law.

Jonathan Roeder, Founder/Director of Marketing of The Valley Law Group, is an Arizona native who has dedicated his life and career to the service of others. After graduating salutatorian of his high school class, Jonathan attended beautiful and prestigious Pepperdine University, where he majored in Political Science. During his tenure at Pepperdine University, his passion for helping others grew after securing a clinical position with a residential treatment center for juveniles with substance addictions. Post-graduation, Jonathan returned to Arizona and served as a residential manager for mentally and physically disabled homes.
