Tommy Molina is a licensed Family Law Attorney in Arizona and Wisconsin with extensive experience in child welfare and family law litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, and severance, and litigated dozens of dependency and severance trials. Known for his compassionate and detail-oriented advocacy, he is committed to protecting the rights of children and families facing complex emotional and legal challenges.
Before joining Valley Law Group, he served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. In that role, he collaborated with case managers, opposing counsel, and mental health professionals to develop case plans that prioritized family reunification and permanency.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was named to the Dean’s List, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University, where he also received Dean’s List honors. His undergraduate studies included a semester of study abroad in Madrid, Spain. A proud first-generation Colombian-American with family roots in Medellín, Colombia, he draws on his diverse background in litigation and community advocacy to deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented representation to clients he serves.
